Al's areas of expertise include structuring life insurance contracts to help build and protect a client's assets from unnecessary tax.

Hayden is passionate about helping organizations care for their employees. With his expertise in health and wellness programs, Hayden is responsible for engaging new clients and finding benefit solutions unique to them. He is recognized by his curiosity and thoughtful approach to problem-solving.

Debbie has worked in customer service and administration for over 15 years. She is responsible for quarterbacking our entire employee benefit service platform from an administrative standpoint. Her versatility in working with complex figures and facts and dealing with clients in a conscientious and helpful manner make her invaluable to our success.
Deb Ferreira
Office Manager
Deb has worked as Office Manager with Aria Benefits for over 12 years. She oversees payroll, accounts payable/receivable, looks after back office overflow, organizes and ensures office runs smoothly, and helps spearhead any problem solving tasks.

A financial advisor since 1992, Joe works closely with his clients building both healthy financial plans and solid relationships. With his Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Elder Planning Counsellor (EPC) designations, Joe is an expert in the area of living benefits planning such as disability, critical illness and long-term care.

Stephanie's career in the insurance industry began in 2020 after she became licenced to sell general insurance in Ontario. Since then, she has specialized in commercial insurance and life and health insurance solutions. She is also skilled in sales, customer service, financial advice, policy, and risk selection.

Karin has worked as a visual communications specialist & creative director for the past 30+ years, producing effective promotional and branding strategies for a variety of companies.
